Here I just took a couple steps to help me jump into this technique. My arms look funny
because they are about swing down in between my legs to give me extra height and momentum.

This is where you need to dig hard into the ground and bend your knees so that you will
get a jump that is nice and high.

Y.M.C.A. Oh, sorry... ummm... where was I? Oh yeah, this is where you have to jump while still
keeping your arms above your head - yes I know it's silly.

I love what you do for me - Toyota! This part of the trick is very important. I have almost
reached the pinnacle of my jump, not to be confused with the pineapple of my jump. It is now
that I need to (very quickly) swing my arms down and in between my legs. Just trust me. Also,
it is here that my legs begin to kick. You don't want to just swing your legs out. You still
need to fold, kick and recoil them.

This is just a continuation of the last screenshot. My arms are still moving down and my legs
are still extending.

Whoop there it is. Doesn't this screenshot make you want a big 'ol bowl of strawberry fruitcake.
I know I do. As you can see here, My arms and legs are completely extended. Pretty sweet huh.

|
|
Now here I'm recoiling my legs and preparing to land. My arms are coming back up to my face as
well.
|
|
|
There it is. I'm ready to take on the world one strawberry fruitcake at a time.
