Swing that leg back to get ultra momentum.

Start stepping in and bring your arms back so that they are ready to spin hard.
|
|
|
Notice the position of my right foot. It is pointing to the right so that I don't
have to spin as far. Also, my arms are beginning to spin at this point.

Since you have to jump off of one leg, get the other leg tucked at this point and
keep spinning those arms.
|

|
Bring your arms in tight and jump hard.
|
|
|
Start bringing the kicking leg across while keeping the other leg bend like so.

There's the beginning of the kick. Make sure to keep spinning at this point.
|

|
And here's the end of the kick. Try to get your kick to travel across for a bit.
Don't just snap it really fast, for that would look lame.

|
|
Now you just have to keep floating until you land. You should have spun hard earlier
so that you have the needed momuntem to just land.

That's right. This too, along with the Jump Heel Kick, aren't really considered tricks. They
are nice to know however and can help you learn other tricks easier.
