Walkthrough:

This is a very easy trick. In fact, many people don't even consider this a trick. I am making a tutorial for it, however, because it is an essential technique to know for tricking. Many tricks use this same motion so alas, I write. Ok, here I am. You always have to have a cool stance so you don't look like an idiot.
Here I'm stepping my left leg through whilst winding up my shoulders.
Here I am setting up to turn but notice how my arms are still forward.
Now I start my turn over my back shoulder. Don't start the jump here! Many people jump here when learning this technique. You must turn first then jump.
Shoulders keep on turning. Proud Mary keep on burnin'. Turning. Turning. Turning like a moron. There's a little ditty I just made up. Please save your applause till the end.
There. This is where you jump. When you're all the way around push hard with your thighs and keep your shoulders turning.
We have lift off.
Here's where the kick happens. There are two things going on here. First, You have to fold your kicking leg to get more power and speed in your kick. Second, You have to get your non-kicking leg tucked so that you can look like a massive killer orb.
There's the final product. Right leg extended - Left leg tucked. Shoulders still turning but not as hard. The momentum should carry you through.
The kick's still following through.
Snap the kick through fast and here you need to recoil. That is where you will get your power out of this kick.
Here's a pretty pointless screenshot. Ooo look at me, I'm a pointless screenshot.
And land. Try to land with both feet at the same time. It looks more impressive. Ok, that's all folks.

Similar Tricks: Advice:
  • Turn first then jump. Many people make the mistake of jumping too early and they have a hard time getting all the way around.
  • Fold, kick and recoil (Chamber, kick and rechamber) to make it look tighter and more controlled.
