Y'all ready for a little gymnastics. I sure am. Ok, I know, that was cheesy. I just
didn't have anything to say except for... 'ooo look at me - I'm levitating'. And also,
here you need to perform a skip-up to give you a little momentum boost.

Reach those arms to the ground and kick your left leg hard. You also want to keep your
arms bent at this point. Right before your left leg goes beyond your comfort zone, push
off with your right leg hard enough to catch up to your other leg.

Both legs should be pretty much together now, and notice how my arms are still bent.

Now push hard with your arms and arch your back. Arching your back will make this trick
look much better. You also want to try and kick your legs out at a 45 degree angle. If you
kick straight up it will be harder to land.
