Walkthrough:

Y'all ready for a little gymnastics. I sure am. Ok, I know, that was cheesy. I just didn't have anything to say except for... 'ooo look at me - I'm levitating'. And also, here you need to perform a skip-up to give you a little momentum boost.
Reach those arms to the ground and kick your left leg hard. You also want to keep your arms bent at this point. Right before your left leg goes beyond your comfort zone, push off with your right leg hard enough to catch up to your other leg.
Both legs should be pretty much together now, and notice how my arms are still bent.
Now push hard with your arms and arch your back. Arching your back will make this trick look much better. You also want to try and kick your legs out at a 45 degree angle. If you kick straight up it will be harder to land.
This is pretty much the same screenshot from another angle. (Walking over to the refrigerator) HEY WHY'D YOU USE THE SAME SCREENSHOT!!!
And land in this holistic buddah stance. Hummmmmmmm.
And there you have it. Now just keep you shoe strings away from the meat grinder.

Similar Tricks: Advice:
  • The faster you do this trick, the easier it will be.
  • The slower you do this trick, the more likely you are to fall on your bum.
  • Don't bend your arms too much, for that will require a harder push. Push more with the shoulders and slightly from the elbow (You shouldn't need that hard of a push if you have everything else correct).
  • Try not to bend your knees too much when you land. Land as straight as possible.
