Trick Video:

Walkthrough:

Measure me peon. Stand in a nice and relaxed position with your feat either together or shoulder width apart.
Keep your eyes forward at this point and take a seat. Start leaning back, preparing to jump. Also, make sure to wind your arms back to look even more crazy.
Now jump backwards, arch your back and throw your arms over your head. Look backwards just enough to see the ground when you land. Many people throw their neck real hard back and end up with a gigantic goiter spilling out of their brains. It's not pretty so just trust me.
Land with you arms slightly bent so that they don't bust. Now land and let the momentum carry you.
Your arms will naturally bend because of the impact of the landing, however, we need to get to our feet so push your arms straight again.
Here I've just completed my push and I will land on my feet with ease.
And there is ease.
*WARNING* Do not attempt this trick without a spotter who knows what they're doing. It will also give you the needed boost in guts.

Similar Tricks: Advice:
  • Learn with a spotter.
  • Keep your focus forward so that you don't twist to the side.
  • Jump backwards more than up.
