How many fingers am I holding up?
The setup is very similar to the back handspring. Bend those knees far, but don't
lean back as much. Keep your eyes forward.
Ok, here you want to focus your jump upwards as much as you can. To get a tight spin you
don't want to start flipping right away. You want to wait until the peak of your jump
then...
...tuck those knees in hard and grab on the outside of your knees. Many people grab
behind their knees and that just looks sloppier and you lose some speed.
Continue the tuck and see the ground. Most likely your body will know when you have
finished the spin, but if it doesn't, it help to keep you eyes open.
And I'm floating, just about there.
There, welcome to agraba city of mistery.

Don't forget the cool stance. What would a backflip be without a cool stance?
