X-out Flash,

An X-out ending with a Flashkick.

• Perform an X-out as normal
• When you become completely upside down, bring your legs back together
• Now spread them as you would for a Flashkick
• Land on one leg
• It should be and X-out on the way up and a Flashkick on the way down
