Full Twist Round Kick,

A back flip full twist with a round kick before landing.

• Jump high and delay the spin for a split second
• Then rip your arms tight to your body and hang tight
• After the 360 spin has finished, take your outside leg and spread to perform a round kick
• Then Land on both feet
