• Sideswipe Double Leg

• Start like a normal sideswipe
• Take a small step to the left with your left foot
• Then cross over your right foot
• Dip your upper body down
• Push hard off your right foot and aim it close to the ceiling
• Quickly meet your left leg so that your legs are together
• Look over your left shoulder
• Land like a double leg
