Cheat 720 Double,

A jump spinning 360 crescent kick, folding the leg back in and throwing another 360 crescent kick before landing. It is called 'cheat because you jump off of one leg instead of two.

• Start with the kicking leg forward
• Take a step a begin to turn over your back shoulder
• Start performing a normal turning heel kick
• Before you actually kick with the turning heel kick jump and torque hard
• You need to perform your first kick on the way up and your second kick on the way down
• Perform the first kick, the spin hard and bring your leg that just kicked back in for the next kick's fold
• Once you're back to the front perform the same kick and land with the other leg
