Flexibility,

Flexibility is an essential part of tricking. This section will show you many different stretches and which muscles they stretch. Click on the links to see pictures and descriptions of each type of stretch.

Static Stretching:

Static stretching is the ability to hold a stretch in a particular position for an extended period of time. Click on the different muscles groups below to find out what stretches you can do for each group. Even if you are working on increasing your flexibility, do not try to perfrom every single stretch listed. Choose a few of them from each muscle group and work on those. Also, don't perfrom the same exact stretches each training session. You're body will get used to doing the same stretches time and time again, so trick your body by mixing the stretches up and by performing knew stretches.

Lower Body: Upper Body: Dynamic Stretching:

Dynamic stretching is the stretching in motion. Dynamic stretches involve gradually increasing the reach of a certain muscles group. For example, swinging you leg as high as you can. These stretches do not involve sitting in a particular position for a certain amount of time. They require repititions and controlled movements. Don't do too many repititions before you begin training however, because your muscles will become tired and you won't be able to do anything. Below is a list of different dynamic stretches.
