This one is a little difficult. Start with your feet to the side. Take your back leg and step in front of your other leg. Then take your kicking leg and start to swing it like a side kick into the air, but don't bend your leg. As it's swinging up you'll need to pivot on your bottom foot to get you hip to the correct position. Look at pictures 3 and 4. Notice the difference in the foot position. That's from the pivot. Make sure your hip is all the way over and your toes and heel are horizontal. Hamstrings
