Quads,

What For?:

The groin muscle is one of the primary muscles you use when tricking or kicking. If your groin is flexible, it will help with your: side kicks, crescent kicks, front kicks, round kicks, back kicks, and pretty much any other type of kick you can think of. Needless to say, the groin is an important muscle.


Stretches:

This is a very easy but effective stretch for the quads. Supp Quads
This stretch is mostly for the quads, but if you do it right you can also get a stretch for your groin as well. Support yourself on the wall with one hand and grab your foot with the other hand (make sure you grab with the opposite hand in relation to your leg). Now start bending to the side as if to perform a high round round kick. You should also feel a slight stretch in your groin. Quads
