What For?:
Having a flexible neck probably won't do much for you trick wise, but it will complete the
package. So, stretch that neck.

Be very careful with neck stretches. Do not force anything. This stretch is good but you
don't want to do it too often. It looks funny and you feel crazy doing it, but it is good
for your neck and your upper back. It mostly stretches out your neck and that should be your
focus, but it also stretches the upper back.

This is a variation to the last stretch but it isolates one side of your back at a time.
It still stretches your neck a lot, but now it has a higher emaphasis on the back.

Look it's the number one, yaaaaah. I called this the 'leg point' until some guy patented it and
sucked me dry of everything I own. Now it is called the the 'leg oink' (patent pending),
which makes much more sense. When doing the leg oink, position your hands on your lower part
of your back to keep it sturdy. Then just point those legs in the air.
