Be very careful with neck stretches. Do not force anything. This stretch is good but you
don't want to do it too often. It looks funny and you feel crazy doing it, but it is good
for your neck and your upper back. It mostly stretches out your neck and that should be your
focus, but it also stretches the upper back.

This is a variation to the last stretch but it isolates one side of your back at a time.
It still stretches your neck a lot, but now it has a higher emaphasis on the back.

Look it's the number one, yaaaaah. I called this the 'leg point' until some guy patented it and
sucked me dry of everything I own. Now it is called the the 'leg oink' (patent pending),
which makes much more sense. When doing the leg oink, position your hands on your lower part
of your back to keep it sturdy. Then just point those legs in the air.

This is a great stretch. You feel like you're doing so much, and you are. Just grab
your wrist from behind and lift up as high as you can. Make sure so keep your arms
straight.

Help! Help! It's a circus freak! No wait, it's just Daniel doing the previous
stretch but bending forward this time. This is where you feel really cool or
weird, I don't remember.

The next three are pretty much the same. It just depends on how flexible your back
is and how far you can go. Some people can only go to the first level. That's fine
keep trying until you get further. However, you don't want to hold this stretch or perform
this stretch very often. That would be bad for your back. Here's a quick rundown off each
stretch: The first one you balance on your head, the second you have lift off, the third
you're the golden gate bridge.

Ah the seal stretch. Ar ar ar ar ar ar. That's my seal impression. This is my favorite
stretch for the back. It feels good to me. You can also turn to the right and the left
when doing this stretch for that added ummmph.

The next two are pretty much the same. Lay on your back then take one off your legs
and put it on the opposite side off your body and try to keep your shoulders on the ground
the best that you can. The only difference between the two is that you bend your leg on this
one (which is easier) and straighten your leg on the next one.
