This is a great stretch. You feel like you're doing so much, and you are. Just grab
your wrist from behind and lift up as high as you can. Make sure so keep your arms
straight.

Help! Help! It's a circus freak! No wait, it's just Daniel doing the previous
stretch but bending forward this time. This is where you feel really cool or
weird, I don't remember.

Yes, I know I'm getting all high tech with two angles on this stretch, but I did
graduate from DeVry so... (trails off with nothing else to say).
(Seconds later) Where was I?.. Ah yes! The stretch. Take one hand and put it out
in front of you. Now bend your wrist as if you were going to make a shadow
figure of a duck on the wall. Now take your other hand and place your thumb on
the duck's neck and your fingers over it's head just above the bill. Now push down
with your fingers to try to make the duck touch it's bill to it's chest. And that's
how you do it.

This is opposite from the last stretch. This time put your arm put and turn your
palm up. Put your thumb on the back of your wrist and your fingers across your
palm. Now push down with your fingers and there's the stretch.

Daniel, this is not the time to try and look hardcore. You're coming across as silly
Seriously, stop it. Whatever, for this stretch, raise one hand in the air then touch your
back with your hand. Take your other hand and grab onto your elbow. Then pull on it. All
aboard!!!

Not much to explain here. Just cross your arm over your chest and hold. This is
mostly a stretch for your shoulders, but you'll probably feel it in your chest
also. Hey, it kinda looks like Daniel's making a sideways, upside down, backwards
number four doesn't it? That's great.
